The offices of Gary Knight and Company, Certified General Accountants are in a new 2-story wood frame and reinforced concrete building. Complete Design/Build included: mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural components. Project required two distinct reinforced concrete retaining walls and underpinning of an adjacent existing two-story office building sharing the same property line. The full site development involved supplying all new municipal site services.
